	To the owners management and staff at Garage Strategies I want to take a moment to say thank you The “Alberta Advantage” sometimes is not an advantage at all, as companies struggle to recruit qualified sales and service staff and more importantly, sustain their workforce. Over the last year, I have experienced far too many times, a lack of customer service, and genuine care for the needs of me as a customer. More often than not, I don’t blame the staff but management, for lack of sales and service training and more importantly follow up, to insure all that is taught, is implemented. It’s important to note that I’m in sales, so I understand personally the challenges the sales industry is faced with. That said I also recognize the ease of sales based on 1 common denominator, a genuine interest in helping people. This brings me to Garage Strategies The owners, management and staff at Garage Strategies are an exception to all that was mentioned above. From my initial contact of interest to installation, I was made to feel that my business is valued, and as a customer, my needs were first and foremost. Genuine care and interest with professional consultation and installation describes their sales and service expertise. I had the Flexmar coating system done, with new Slide-Lok Garage and storage Cabinets installed. The end result, I’m the envy of the neighborhood, and “the boys” who’ve seen my finished Garage thinks it looks fantastic.
