1.	ORDER BOX Type the items you would like to order in the Order box below.
2.	CONTACT INFO Type your COMPLETE contact information in the SHIPPING area. This is required information for *product quotes, shipping quotes* and *ordering*.
3.	PRODUCT REQUEST Our Order Desk will email you back with the PRODUCT invoice total. If you know the product prices and are ready to order please indicate this and your quote will include shipping.
4.	QUOTE or INVOICE If you send a general request the first quote will be just product prices for you to see and accept. Once you send back acceptance, we will send an invoice with both product and shipping prices.
5.	INVOICED AND PROCESS ORDER Once you email your acceptance on the FINAL quote that includes shipping an invoice will be emailed. YOU MUST SEND BACK written acceptance to use your credit card; we will process payment and ship.
6.	CREDIT CARD i) When ordering product, if you include your *credit card address* when completing the form that will speed things up. ii) Please call our Order Desk with your credit card number if you prefer not to write it on the form. iii) We must complete a credit card verification before processing the card so please complete the rest of the form and return.
7.	SHIPPING IN CANADA Please include the complete physical mailing address (not PO Box), contact phone number, Customer name and Company name if applicable. Most orders can be shipped anywhere in Canada for a reasonable rate using FEDEX Ground. FEDEX orders are shipped direct to your home unless you are in an far rural area, or request a company destination. Rural packages can be shipped “hold for Pick-up at depot”. NOTE: Customer acknowledges Garage Strategies is shipping on customers behalf. Once customers package is paid and picked up from our warehouse it is the customers property and responsibility. Customer is responsible for claims and receipt of product once the product leaves our warehouse. We send you a tracking number when the package is picked up so that you can track the progress on-line. FEDEX has been a very reliable carrier for us and when all your contact information is correct you need not worry about your package(s) quick and safe arrival. CABINET & FLOOR product orders can be shipped via truck, sent “hold for pick-up at depot”.
